Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. Removal of toilet fixtures, finishes, ceilings, and doors.
2. New ductwork and mechanical equipment. New mechanical returns and diffusers.
3. New lighting.
4. New electrical work throughout the new space.
5. Removal of non-load bearing CMU wall patching.
6. New plumbing fixtures
