Work consists of, but not limited to, a tiered cafeteria addition, washroom renovations, associated demolition, concrete, masonry, steel framing, aluminum curtain wall, glazing, finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, interior renovations, roof tear off, roofing, site utilities, site work, site lighting, asphalt paving, concrete walkways and site restoration of areas disturbed by construction as well as other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
