Whiteside County Airport - Construct Corporate Hangar & Sitework

The project consists of construct corporate hangar, site grading, pavement removal and replacement, fencing removal, new fencing, light pole removal, new asphalt surface course pavement, erosion control, topsoiling, seeding and mulching as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements shown on the plans and as described herein.
