Midway Village Museum - Law Office Toilet Room Remodeling

The scope of this project involves the complete remodeling of the Midway Village Museum Law Office Toilet Rooms at 6799 Guilford Road in Rockford, Illinois. This includes all demolition and new work required to make the restrooms ADA compliant and update the spaces. Work includes new layout for new plumbing fixtures, countertops, new concrete block walls as shown, new doors/frames/hardware, new ceramic wall and floor tile, new toilet accessories, new electrical, new furnace – rework ductwork, new water heater along with alternate bids for air conditioning, drinking fountain, and reworking front porch to make exhibit ADA accessible.
