Removal and replacement of numerous pieces of HVAC equipment throughout Hillside School. This includes, but is not limited to, rooftop units, air handlers, classroom unit vents, exhaust fans, condensing units, convectors, cabinet heaters, finned tube heaters and all associated controls, as shown on the drawings and described herein. However, the three RTU’s, two AHU’s and four CUV’s are being pre-purchased by the Owner, but this contractor shall be responsible for demolition and all work needed to install these new units and ensure their proper operation. Other work includes, but is not limited to: pumps, equipment, electrical, controls, flues, curbs, pads, valves, and all components as required for a complete system

Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Installation of rooftop units and unit ventilators. Structural steel work associated with new roof top units. Masonry work at new unit ventilator openings and masonry repairs/patching. Installation resilient flooring Ceiling removal, reinstallation, patching, and new ceilings. Installation of new unit ventilators.Fire alarm work. Finish work, repairs and patching. Mechanical ductwork, control work, and piping work. New DDC controls. Electrical work including new transformer, switchgear, lighting. Roof repair work and repair work associated with mechanical and plumbing work. Asphalt demolition, paving, concrete paving, playground equipment and playground surfacing. Ornamental and chain link fencing. Asbestos abatement - Work shall be handled by Separate Contract (through Owner).

Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Interior remodeling and renovations, including, but not limited to, multiple boys’ and girls’ toilet rooms at five (5) schools in Matteson School District 162.
