The work includes but is not limited to the removal of the existing chillers and the installation of new chillers and related piping, controls and electrical connections at three elementary schools. The Work also includes structural reinforcement of the roof to support the new chillers and installing acoustical walls on the roof around the new chiller at two of the locations.

The project includes (but is not limited to) the following: mobilization, site preporation, demolition, asphalt paving, pavement striping, concrete curb & gutter, and storm utility drainage

The Project consists of the complete replacement of the existing fire alarm system. This contractor is required to purchase and install all Fire Alarm System components, cabling, conduit, programming, and demolition of the existing system once the new system is operationa

Project consists of interior remodeling in two concentrated areas. The first area consists of a 2,099 GSF bunk room remodeling project including construction of seven (7) new private bunk rooms, three (3) new private toilet rooms with showers, a laundry room, and two (2) new ADA accessible restrooms for public use. The second project area (+/- 356 SF) includes reconfiguration of the lobby entrance sequence by demolishing the existing glass atrium and refreshing finishes and repurposing existing underutilized space into a new historical display room. This project area also includes construction of a new exterior wall, new storefront, a new concrete entrance plaza, a decorative brick planter for flowers, and other miscellaneous enhancements. The perimeter of the building will include new spray foam insulation and wall furring installed to upgrade performance of the building envelope.

The project scope involves removal of existing roof membrane and repair membrane application on an educational facility, approximately one story in height, utilizing torch applied SBS modified bitumen base sheet as the temporary repair material direct to a concrete deck (no finished roofing is included in this scope). The project encompasses approximately 6,650 square feet of roof area.
