The scope of work mainly consists of rooftop unit replacement at Murphy ES and boiler replacement at Round Lake MS

Demolition of the pools, associated concrete pads, paving, equipment, plumbing, electrical as indicated and specified. This project will also include the filling of holes left by the demolition with proper materials.

Proposed Improvement: Abandon 359 LF of existing 4"/6" water main, reconnection to existing 10" water main, reconnection of water services, removal and replacement of fire hydrant assemblies, removal and replacement of valves, installation of valves, pavement patching, and site restoration.

The proposed construction consists of approximately 20 linear feet of 4-inch, 270 linear feet of 6-inch, 10,150 linear feet of 8-inch, 80 linear feet of 10-inch, 15 linear feet of 12-inch, and 720 linear feet of 16-inch water main via open cut, boring in jacked casing and horizontal directional drilling methods, including valve, hydrants, and other miscellaneous items of work.
