Public Projects

The project scope involves masonry repair and restoration as well as cast-in-place concrete repair and coating on nine (9) selected elevations on the “A-Wing” of Maine South High School. The project will encompass approximately 12,000 square feet of masonry wall surface and 4,900 square feet of cast-in-place concrete surface over 9 elevations of the building. Prime Masonry Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting.

The project scope involves Roofing Removal and Replacement on an educational facility, varying number of stories, utilizing SBS modified bitumen roofing. The project encompasses approximately 22,200 square feet on the building listed above.

The project encompasses approximately 23,275 square feet on the building listed above. Localized masonry sub-contract work will also be required so Roofing Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting.

Project consists of remove, completely tear-off and provide new roof and associated sheet metal and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Project consists gymnasium improvements including but not limited to replacement of synthetic gymnasium flooring and gymnasium equipment, mechanical equipment upgrades for existing air handling systems, exterior concrete, fencing, interior partitions, doors and hardware and other associated work as indicated in the Contract Documents.

The project scope involves Roofing Retrofit on an educational facility, approximately 1 and 2 stories, utilizing fully adhered EPDM single-ply roofing. The project encompasses approximately 97,000 square feet over thirteen (13) roof areas on the building listed above. Mechanical sub-contract work will also be required so Prime Roofing Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting.
