Renovation includes: includes fencing and pavement removals, earthwork, excavation, shaping and compaction, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving for sports courts (tennis/pickleball, basketball) and concrete walks, Sand Volleyball Court and Bocce Court surfaces renovation, assembly of 20’ x 40’ picnic shelter including picnic area concrete slab, shelter foundations, and installing site furnishings and landscape restoration and seeding.

Community College District 509, Elgin Community College (ECC), is accepting sealed BIDS for the sale of six (6) pallets and three (3) boxes of ECC used HP desktop computers, iMacs, Cisco Switches and miscellaneous peripherals. The total of combined units is 369, plus 260 power supplies and peripherals. The units are broken out by model number in Exhibit D. The Equipment will be sold in one lot and “as is”. The equipment is located at Elgin Community College, 1700 Spartan Drive Elgin IL 60123- where the highest bidder will be required to pick them up, by appointment only. The location is dock height. A pallet jack will be needed for the pickup. No assistance will be provided by ECC.

Project consists of demolition and installation of new mechanical systems that includes but not limited to roof top units, boilers, VAV systems, controls, structural reinforcement, removal and reinstallation of ceilings, light fixtures and other ceiling mounted electrical devices; roofing tie-in as well as other Work as indicated on the Contract Documents.

Work includes (but is not limited to) the following: Interior Safety and Exterior Roof Safety. Including a new roof hatch with electric hoist on the roof. Minor structural, mechanical and electrical required for the new hatch and hoist

The Work consists of the replacement of the existing fiber optic cabling between existing Buildings A and E on the existing campus in Palatine, Illinois.

The Work consists of the installation of a septic field for Building Q – Emergency Services Training Center (ESTC) on the existing campus in Palatine, Illinois.

The project scope involves masonry repair and restoration as well as cast-in-place concrete repair and coating on nine (9) selected elevations on the “A-Wing” of Maine South High School. The project will encompass approximately 12,000 square feet of masonry wall surface and 4,900 square feet of cast-in-place concrete surface over 9 elevations of the building. Prime Masonry Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting.

The project scope involves Roofing Removal and Replacement on an educational facility, varying number of stories, utilizing SBS modified bitumen roofing. The project encompasses approximately 22,200 square feet on the building listed above.
