Public Projects

The project consists of bituminous crack sealing, bituminous removals and replacement, aggregate courses, PCC pavement milling, PCC pavement removals and replacement, and pavement marking as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements shown on the plans and as described herein.

The Project includes the following Work: Construction of an approximately 3,000 sf building on a 1-acre site to serve as a 500-gpm water treatment plant, including brick and CMU wall construction, concrete slab on grade with backwash basin, wood truss roof, steel roof panels, horizontal pressure filter, sodium hypochlorite chemical feed system, orthophosphate chemical feed system, fluoride chemical feed system, bathroom, HVAC, electrical and automation, site piping improvements, natural gas-fueled generator, chain link perimeter fencing and gate, surface restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work.

Community College District 509, Elgin Community College (ECC), is accepting BIDS for the purchase of digital audio console and stage input box for the college’s Second Space Theatre

The project scope of work includes the removal of existing pavement and bollards at locations as indicated in the drawings and installation of new masonry veneer piers and bollards, and all associated work as indicated in the drawings and specifications.

The Work consists of pavement replacement, including removal of existing pavement, installation of new asphalt and concrete pavements, and associated storm sewer work for downspout connections, all as shown on the Contract Documents.

Work will include providing materials, labor, and services necessary for the complete modernization of existing 2500 lb. rated electric hydraulic elevators

The work includes but is not limited to the addition of a Gymnasium, Weight Room, Locker Rooms, Toilet Rooms, Board Room, Offices and all associated site work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection work. The work taking place at Wilbur Wright Middle School includes, but is not limited to, new parking lots and playground, replacement emergency generator and water cooling towers and all associated site work, mechanical and electrical work. The work taking place at the Administration Center includes, but is not limited to, building demolition and all associated site work. Project consists of a reroofing to an existing pool equipment building.

Removal and replacement of existing pool filters and filtration piping.
