The project consists of concrete and bituminous pavement milling, bituminous paving, bituminous grooving, airfield lighting and miscellaneous electrical work, and pavement marking, as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements shown on the plans and as described herein

Renovation includes: includes fencing and pavement removals, earthwork, excavation, shaping and compaction, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving for sports courts (tennis/pickleball, basketball) and concrete walks, Sand Volleyball Court and Bocce Court surfaces renovation, assembly of 20’ x 40’ picnic shelter including picnic area concrete slab, shelter foundations, and installing site furnishings and landscape restoration and seeding.

Community College District 509, Elgin Community College (ECC), is accepting BIDS for the printing and delivery of the College’s Fall 2025 Impact periodical magazine, Vol. 32/Iss. 2.

Community College District 509, Elgin Community College (ECC), is accepting sealed BIDS for Milestone C-Plus support corporate base server license, and four hundred and seventy (470) C-Plus support of device channel licenses. This agreement will be for a period of three (3) years.

Project consists of a new restroom facility including plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. New work includes but is not limited to: masonry, wood framing, metal roofing, interior finishes including drywall and painting, and site utilities.

Work includes (but is not limited to) the following: The separating of Building C on to its own electrical service by extending a new service from the existing vault near Building F, across the central part of campus to a new transformer on the northeast corner of Building C. Then extending the new service to provide power to the existing switchgear within the Building C electrical room.

The scope of this project involves the complete remodeling of the Midway Village Museum Law Office Toilet Rooms at 6799 Guilford Road in Rockford, Illinois. This includes all demolition and new work required to make the restrooms ADA compliant and update the spaces. Work includes new layout for new plumbing fixtures, countertops, new concrete block walls as shown, new doors/frames/hardware, new ceramic wall and floor tile, new toilet accessories, new electrical, new furnace – rework ductwork, new water heater along with alternate bids for air conditioning, drinking fountain, and reworking front porch to make exhibit ADA accessible.
