Project Consists of a 16,260 square foot 1-story building addition and a 32,796 square foot renovation at the existing Tilton Elementary School building. Work includes, site work, storm water management, site utilities, asphalt, concrete, masonry, steel, roofing, exterior window systems, exterior doors systems, interior doors and frames, flooring, acoustical ceiling, paint, geothermal HVAC system, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
