Contract 01: Blackhawk ES
a. Roofing Work consists of partial removal of areas identified in roof analysis and Roof Re-Cover as indicated in the Contract Documents.
b. Masonry Restoration Work consists of select lintel repairs, repointing existing masonry, repairs to damaged masonry and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
c. Window Replacement: Work consists of removal and replacement of existing window system including related repairs to associated interior finishes and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
Contract 02: Freeport MS
a. Roofing Work consists of partial removal of areas identified in roof analysis and Roof Re-Cover as indicated in the Contract Documents.
b. Masonry Restoration Work consists of select lintel repairs, repointing existing masonry, repairs to damaged masonry and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

There is an option to bid both contracts as a combined contract
