The Carol Stream Park District is seeking to retain the services from a qualified and experienced contractor to provide construction services to furnish all materials and perform all labor necessary to remove existing gravel lot section, place fill and plantings on a portion of the District’s Red Hawk Park Parcel located south of St. Charles Road in Carol Stream, IL as represented in the engineering plans provided as part of this Invitation to Bid.
