Des Plaines Park District - Prairie Lakes Community Center Renovation

This scope of work includes both phases of work to its approximately 12,500 square feet of its existing facility including:

• Additional hallway access hallway connecting existing fitness center to existing men’s & women’s locker rooms
• Excavation work to connect new access hallway
• Renovation to existing locker rooms, new epoxy flooring, new wall tile and shower partitions – owner to provide lockers with GC to install,
• Removal of existing hall tiles at north end, owner to supply floor LVT with GC to install

After this date bidders can request a walkthrough of the facility via email (am@dpparks.org). All bidders, new and previous can set up an additional walk through with their sub-contractors until the date of July 2, 2025 with a cut off time of 2pm. No other walkthroughs will be available after this date and time. Sub-contractors are not required to sign in but all General Contractors must sign in.

Bidders are responsible for the purchase of Printed Sets and / or Downloads

Bid Documents are NOT available to Plan Rooms through BHFX
