The work includes but is not limited to Base Bid (Roof 5), the complete removal of existing roof assembly down to substrate and replacement with new single-ply EPDM membrane roof replacement system, perimeter metal coping and trim systems and all associated work as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Deduct Alternate #1 (Roof 2C) work to include complete removal of existing roof system down to substrate, installation of new single-ply EPDM membrane roof system in areas as indicated on plans and all associated work as indicated in the drawings.
