Summary of Work: In general, the work consists of replacement of existing exterior doors, frames and hardware and glazing. Replacement also includes sealants, access control, hardware, associated wiring, and coordination with existing building systems. Coordination with existing accessibility requirements as indicated as well as replacement of limited aluminum entrance systems. Also included are requirements to provide approved raceway to accommodate future systems on behalf of Indian Prairie School District 204.
