Project consists of an interior renovation of existing office support spaces into additional administrative office space as well as other work indicated in the Contract Documents.

The Scope of Work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary for the D218 Richards Gym Addition project indicated in the Bid Documents.

Renovation includes: includes fencing and pavement removals, earthwork, excavation, shaping and compaction, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving for sports courts (tennis/pickleball, basketball) and concrete walks, Sand Volleyball Court and Bocce Court surfaces renovation, assembly of 20’ x 40’ picnic shelter including picnic area concrete slab, shelter foundations, and installing site furnishings and landscape restoration and seeding.

Community College District 509, Elgin Community College (ECC), is accepting sealed PROPOSALS for the purchase of five (5) exterior sign displays and the installation of the displays.

Community College District 509, Elgin Community College (ECC), is accepting sealed BIDS for Milestone C-Plus support corporate base server license, and four hundred and seventy (470) C-Plus support of device channel licenses. This agreement will be for a period of three (3) years.

Community College District 509, Elgin Community College (ECC), is accepting BIDS for the purchase of forty-eight (48) HP 27-inch 4K monitors.

Community College District 509, Elgin Community College (ECC), is accepting BIDS for the purchase of three (3) Eaton Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) 3U, three (3) Eaton extended battery module, and nine (9) Eaton internal replacement battery.

This specification covers various requirements for box plows be used with a carrier vehicle primarily used to remove snow away from airport airside operational areas, such as runways, ramps, and taxiways. The airport sponsor requires this specified piece of equipment in order to maintain the airfield during large and small snow events.

The project consists of renovations to the Main gym & stage area, small gym and four classrooms. The existing Stage will be renovated into two new classrooms, Art and Music. New ADA ramp added to stage area. Miscellaneous other work including new HVAC and lighting in Gyms, stage areas & Classrooms is required. New toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures and suspended ceiling and HVAC in Staff toilet. The project includes significant replacement to the existing HVAC system, including the removal and replacement of the ceiling and lighting in the renovated areas. The project includes general construction plus equipment, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.
