Public Projects

Project consists of the removal and replacement of existing roofing systems in select areas at one school and other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents.

The project scope involves masonry repair and restoration on one school site in the district. The project will encompass approximately 5,000 square feet of wall surface over 10 elevations on the building. Lintel / Shelf Angle removal and replacement with associated through-wall flashing removal / replacement with be required at several locations above strip windows as shown on the Drawings. Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting

The proposed construction consists of: Major rehabilitation of the existing Plant 3 Headworks building including: existing screen rehabilitation, new screenings conveyance and dewatering/compaction, a new vortex grit collector, new grit slurry pump and grit washer. Additionally, two 60” screw pumps will be replaced and one new 60” screw pump will be installed at the Far West Sewer Pump Station. New HVAC will be provided for the Plant 3 Headworks buildings (Screen Room, Washer-Compactor Room, Electrical Room, and Grit Washer Room) and gas safety equipment will be installed in Classified areas. A Manual Bar Rack Channel will be constructed. All existing slide gates will be removed and/or replaced. Miscellaneous site piping, grading, electrical, controls, architecture, mechanical, and plumbing work will be included.

The project consists of the construction of a new early childhood center on the former Daniel Burnham ES site

Renovation includes: includes fencing and pavement removals, earthwork, excavation, shaping and compaction, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving for sports courts (tennis/pickleball, basketball) and concrete walks, Sand Volleyball Court and Bocce Court surfaces renovation, assembly of 20’ x 40’ picnic shelter including picnic area concrete slab, shelter foundations, and installing site furnishings and landscape restoration and seeding.

Project consists of relocation of Municipal sanitary line, underground utility conduits and routes, mass grading and establishment of new turf area, and landscaping,

CDB Project #321-055-143 Removal of existing roof, insulation, and membrane, and replacement with new insulation and membrane on existing metal deck. Existing stone coping to be covered with sheet metal coping. Remove the existing roof shingles and replace them with new ones.

Sitework consists of removal and replacement of existing asphalt pavement and aggregate base, new concrete stoop and ramp, galvanized guard rails / handrails, existing pavement crack fill, seal coat and striping, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents

The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing roof in various areas on the south building and all associated work. The work is to be awarded as a single contract.
