Marengo-Union ECSD 165 - 2026 Renovations at Locust ES

The project consists of renovations to the Main gym & stage area, small gym and four classrooms. The existing Stage will be renovated into two new classrooms, Art and Music. New ADA ramp added to stage area. Miscellaneous other work including new HVAC and lighting in Gyms, stage areas & Classrooms is required. New toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures and suspended ceiling and HVAC in Staff toilet. The project includes significant replacement to the existing HVAC system, including the removal and replacement of the ceiling and lighting in the renovated areas. The project includes general construction plus equipment, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.
