The Mechanical Bid Package #1 project scope involves removal and replacement of the existing pool dehumidification mechanical equipment, replacement of fabric ductwork, electrical controls and fire protection systems.
The Structural Steel Bid Package #2 project scope involves extensive structural enhancements to the existing structure.
The Painting Bid Package #3 project scope includes application of an aliphatic polyurethane coating system to all interior precast and CMU wall surfaces including all associated termination sealants.
The Architectural Sheet Metal Bid Package #4 project scope includes the installation of a sheet deck to wall metal closure and associated foam infills at the perimeter of the pool area perimeter walls.
The General Trades Bid Package #5 project scope includes demolition services, remedial masonry, fireproofing, roofing and acoustical ceiling work related to the other Bid Packages above.
