Maine THSD 207 - 2026 Masonry Remediation at Maine South HS REBID (400962)

The BASE BID project scope involves masonry remediation, sealant removal and replacement, and cast-in-place concrete repair and coating on five (5) selected elevations on the “A-Wing” of Maine South High School. The BASE BID will encompass approximately 9,000 square feet of masonry wall surface and 4,000 square feet of cast-in-place concrete surface. The ADD ALTERNATE 01 project scope, if accepted, involves masonry remediation, sealant removal and replacement, and cast-in-place concrete repair and coating on an additional eight (8) selected elevations on the “A-Wing” of Maine South High School. The ADD ALTERNATE 01, if accepted, will encompass approximately 12,000 square feet of masonry wall surface and 5,000 square feet of cast-in-place concrete surface. Prime Masonry Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting.
