Project consists of the following work:
Demolition and new Work to provide renovations at washrooms, classrooms and corridors,
including but not limited to: doors, frames, hardware, concrete, storefront framing, glazing,
mechanical revisions, mechanical equipment, masonry, plumbing fixture replacement, piping
revisions, gypsum board, ceramic wall tile, resilient floor tile, painting, LED light fixtures, line and
low voltage revisions, lay-in ceiling system, roofing, and new finishes.
The Work includes associated demolition, general, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical
construction modifications as well as other Work indicated in the Contract Documents
Construction Contract: Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract (all trades).
