Northbrook SD 28 - New Meadowbrook ES Construction
The bid package includes a new 91,000 SF elementary school added on to the existing gymnasium. Also included, but not limited to, demolishing the existing school building, installing an underground stormwater detention system, connecting to the existing utilities, and sitework. The structural system will be steel frame construction.
