Project Description:
The Work taking place at Kennedy Elementary School includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new mechanical exhaust/equipment, new flag pole, light fixtures, painting in the gymnasium, and installation of new gymnasium flooring.
The Work taking place at Roosevelt Elementary School includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new mechanical exhaust/equipment, kitchen upgrades, door/frame/hardware replacement, ceilings, light fixtures, painting in the gymnasium and new gymnasium windows.
See Bid Proposal Form, separate Base Bids will be issued for each school. The total of both Base Bids will determine the lowest qualified contractor. Work will be awarded as a single contract for both schools.
Bids are invited from pre-qualified General Contractors for the complete construction of this Project under one General Contract, including all trades as specified in the Project Manual.
