Kishwaukee College - Campus-Wide Window Replacement

Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. Selective replacement of storefront and curtain wall windows and doors.
2. Installation of metal stud framing with EIFs to match existing stucco and concrete paneling.
3. Replacement of interior window stools and roller shades at windows noted for replacement.
4. Access control replacement at doors noted for replacement.
5. Salvage and reinstallation of existing ADA operators and push buttons at replaced storefront and curtain wall entrance framing.
