Wood Dale Fire Protection District - Station #68 Renovation

A general description of this project, by trades, is as follows (not to be taken as a complete description or extent of the work):
General Construction Work:
This is a partial renovation of the existing fire station #68 in Wood Dale, Illinois.
The renovation includes the following primary components:
1. The replacement of the existing mansard roof structure with a new insulated metal panel system.
2. Replacement of all exterior windows and doors.
3. Renovation of the existing male and female restrooms.
4. The alteration of an existing office area for use as a new fitness room.
5. The alteration of the existing fitness room to provide a new gender-neutral shower and toilet room.
6. The addition of foundation waterproofing and drain tile along the north perimeter of the laundry room.
7. The project also includes 4 bid alternates as outlined on sheet a-150
